Although we love everything at Vert Beauty, we understand that you may not. We are dedicated to helping you find the right products for you.
Due to COVID-19 we are not allowed to accept exchanges or returns if the product has been opened due to the fact that the product cannot be properly sanitized upon reselling. This is a regulation that has been put in place per the state of Colorado and the Health Department. If you are unhappy with a product, simply give us a call so we can guide you through how to use it properly or in a different way.
Unused and unopened items that are in their original condition can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the receipt. We will assess the return and see that it is in resalable condition before we issue you a return. Returns will be processed in the original payment method. If you purchased online, please email info@vertbeauty.com for further instructions.
Please note the following items are not eligible for return or exchange: Sale Items, Fragrances, Soaps, Tea, Supplements, Curated Boxes, Travel Sizes, Gift With Purchase, Tools such as; Gua Sha, Rose Quartz Rollers, Dry Brushes, Sponges, and Makeup Brushes.

Shipping
Free Shipping on orders over $50
*Please note Free Shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more is applied after discounts
Please plan 1-2 days for processing time from the time you place your order to the time it ships out. Orders that are placed Tuesday - Friday before 2pm MST will be shipped out the same day. Orders that are placed on a Friday after 2pm MST will be shipped that following Tuesday. Please note all observed holidays as your order will not be shipped on this day and may delay the shipping process.
Curbside Pickup
We are offering curbside pickup for orders placed online Tuesday through Saturday 12pm - 4pm. Please check your email for a confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.

Hours are from 11am-5pm Tuesday through Saturday, and your time is reserved just for you. We are unable to take walk-in appointments at this time per the new regulations for COVID 19. We require a 30% deposit at the time of booking your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule you may be charged a fee:
• Reschedule within 2 – 23 hours notice = no charge
• No Shows or more than 15 min late with no notice = 30% of the service price
Fee policy enforcement is at Vert Beauty’s discretion. We understand things happen. If you’re running late, please call 303-623-8378 and press 1 to let us know. We will try our best to fit you in or work you into the schedule later in the day.
Note: voicemail and chat messages are returned between clients. Missed calls are not returned; please leave a message.
